The firm has been working with the community based non-profit Greenwich House on the design and feasibility of a new building in the heart of Greenwich Village. The project would be developed in partnership with Alembic Community Development and would be financed through an innovative mix of public and private financing. Renowned for its community arts programming, Greenwich House has been serving the Village since 1902. The new facility would be an expansion of its programming into a new landmark building on an iconic site.
