Harlem Dowling Progress – Facade Work Begins

With the building topped out, the facade work is now beginning at the exterior with framing and all plumbing, mechanical, and electrical trades going simultaneously on the interior. The masonry scaffolding is in place with exterior sheathing complete to the 4th Floor. We expect the brickwork to begin soon followed by the metal panels and the porcelain tile.
